What we teach

Competitive STEM Racing is our flagship today. Workshops and clinics are planned. The four pillars below describe what we teach through every active and future program.

Engineering & design

Students design in CAD, prototype, test against specs, and document manufacturing — the same workflow used in industry and competition portfolios.

At Ridge Racers: Ridge Racers car development, engineering drawings, and scrutineering compliance.

Data & analytics

Collect testing data, run analysis, and tie numbers to design choices — not pretty pictures without measurements.

At Ridge Racers: CFD and timing data in portfolios; judge feedback turned into measurable improvement plans.

AI literacy

Students learn to use AI and coding tools as assistants while owning their work — research, documentation, and presentation prep.

At Ridge Racers: Mentor-supported coding and data organization; ethical use in student-led deliverables.

Leadership & communication

Project management, sponsorship, verbal presentation, and teamwork — enterprise skills that score at competition and transfer beyond it.

At Ridge Racers: Enterprise roles, mock interviews, and the Lead Student Mentor program.

Featured

Decisions backed by data. AI used responsibly.

  • Testing logs and portfolio evidence with quantitative results
  • CAE and analysis with numbers, not screenshots alone
  • Student-mentor support for coding and data organization
  • Ethical AI use — student-owned work; AI as assistant, not author
